2.Vitamin C:According to Dr. Jason Reed, Vitamin C helps to reduce the inflammation on the joints. Although, taking too much of foods and fruuts which are rich in Vitamin C can worsen the situation.
3.Massage joints carefully:According to Dr. Kyle Smith, The affected joints should be massaged with hot water or coconut oil in order to reduce stiffness and inflammation.
4.Avoid eating junk food and fatty foods.
5.Avoid eating cold food and drinking chilled drinks as they may increase the joint stiffness.
